FACT: your body responds the same way to stress – whether it’s physical stress, chemical stress or mental/emotional stress.
There are GOOD forms of stress, called Eustress. Think exercise, gravity, etc.
Health is determined by the overall QUALITY and QUANTITY of your stress.
Moral of the story: move your body more, avoid eating junk, and don’t sweat the small stuff!!
